are you not satisfied with your purchase?

you will have the right to withdraw from the purchase of the products, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen working days (14 days) from the day on which you receive the products. you can exercise your right of withdrawal by sending, within the aforementioned period of fourteen working days, a written notice of withdrawal ("withdrawal notice") to be sent to alnumerodiciassette srl (hereinafter "alnumerodiciassette"), via santo stefano 9, 440125, Bologna, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The Withdrawal Notice can also be sent, within the same deadline, by email or to the following email address: amministrazione@alnumero17.com, provided that the withdrawal notice is addressed to alnumerodiciassette srl, via santo stefano 9 , 440125, Bologna.

with the receipt by alnumerodiciassette of the withdrawal notice:

(a) you are required to return each product purchased at our warehouses in via santo stefano 9, 440125, bologna, at your own expense and using a trusted courier who you have appointed directly, within fourteen working days from the date on which you received each purchased product. in this case, the responsibility for loss or damage to the product is your sole responsibility until the products are delivered to our warehouses. for the purposes of expiry of the deadline, the product is considered returned when it is delivered to the shipping company responsible for returning the product. the substantial integrity of the product to be returned (i.e. the conformity of the product to its state at the time of delivery by alnumerodiciassette to the place indicated in the purchase order form, including the original packaging and all the attached documentation such as for example the certificate of origin of the product) is an essential condition for exercising your right of withdrawal. the only costs owed by you for exercising the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the product to alnumerodiciassette.

(b) if the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the provisions of this section, alnumerodiciassette is only required to refund the sums you have paid for the purchase of the product, excluding the related costs for shipping and delivery will remain your responsibility. the refund will be carried out by alnumerodiciassette free of charge, in the shortest time possible and in any case within thirty days from the date on which alnumerodiciassette became aware of your exercise of the right of withdrawal. the sums are considered refunded within the terms if they are actually returned, shipped or re-credited with a value no later than the expiry of the previously indicated term.

damaged products

if the packaging arrives visibly damaged you must immediately report it to the courier/transporter indicating in the "notes" of the transport document (DDT) "withdrawal with reservation - damaged packaging (indicate the part)". once the packaging has been removed, if the product is actually damaged, you must photograph the product, photocopy the transport document (DDT) containing the words "collected with reserve - damaged packaging", indicate the order number and send everything within 48 hours of moment in which you received the products by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to alnumerodiciassette srl via santo stefano 9, 440125, bologna. the report can also be sent, within the same deadline, by email to the following email address: amministrazione@. alnumero17.com, provided that the report is addressed to alnumerodiciassette srl via santo stefano 9, 440125, bologna.

the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the customer if the products purchased have been made "to measure" or according to the specific requests of the customer.
