Shipping policy
shipping and delivery costs are your responsibility. the products purchased on alnumerodiciassette.com can be delivered throughout the national territory (including the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City) and in countries belonging to the European Union (EU), in Switzerland and in the United Kingdom by express courier, specialized carrier and staff of alnumerodiciassette srl (hereinafter "alnumerodiciassette") only on working days from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. you have the possibility to choose one of the following delivery options:
(a) direct collection at the alnumerodiciassette warehouses in via santo stefano 9, 440125, bologna. When completing the purchase order, you can select the "pick up at the point of sale" method, eliminating the cost of transport and delivery. The products will be delivered to the person indicated in the purchase order, who presents himself with a printout of the order form sent via e-mail;
(b) “standard delivery”: via courier, specialized carrier or alnumerodiciassette staff. delivery takes place exclusively at street level, in front of the house number indicated in the order form as long as it is accessible to means of transport and does not include porterage to the home/office floor, assembly and disposal of the packaging. the cost is automatically calculated when completing the electronic order based on weight, volume and destination.

delivery times
delivery of the products is carried out via express courier within 5 working days in Italy, within 10 working days in Europe calculated starting from the day following receipt of payment (to find out more about payment times, consult the "payments and refunds") and based on the availability of the products in stock. The availability times of each product are indicated in the product data sheet of the item from the moment of the order. The standard shipping or shipping times must be added to these with the specialized courier indicated above, based on the destination and volume of the order, the shipping deadline for an order containing items with different delivery times is equal to the longest shipping deadline for the items in the order.
for example, a product not in stock, with availability of 2-3 weeks, will be available in logistics within a maximum of 3 weeks from order confirmation. from the arrival of the goods in the warehouse, standard shipping times will be calculated with delivery within 5 working days for Italy, 10 working days in Europe.
the shipping deadline for an order containing items with different delivery times is equal to the longer shipping time of the items in the order. any delays in deliveries of less than 30 (thirty) days do not give the customer the right to refuse delivery of the products, nor to claim compensation or compensation of any kind.
notice
before delivery you will be contacted by telephone or e-mail by the staff in charge who will inform you of the day of delivery. It is therefore very important that when completing the electronic order you also enter your telephone number (preferably your mobile phone).
product receipt
upon receipt of the goods it is important:
- check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number reported on the transport document (hereinafter "ddt");
- check the condition of the packaging and the products contained in it. if the packaging arrives visibly damaged, before signing the transport document you must write the words "collected with reserve - damaged packaging……....." in the appropriate space. for more information see the section “returns”;
- in the case of standard delivery, for heavy and bulky products (example: sofas, beds, armchairs, storage furniture) be present with at least one other person.
